Who we are

This website is run by Yazmin Cáceres, founder of SABRAIN, based in Glasgow, Scotland. For anything about your data, contact us at yazmin.digitalhealth@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, the option you select under “I am…”, and your message.

Please do not send us any medical or health information through this website. We do not collect patient data here.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and to continue a conversation you have started with us. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

We will never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you first.

Who processes it

• Form submissions are handled by Formspree, which forwards them to our email.
• This website is hosted by Netlify.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. We only use providers that protect such transfers with safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
